Check In Procedure

On the morning of your arrival date, please call or text 0422 155 264 to let us know your estimated arrival time. Check in is between 2:00-5:00pm however your home may be ready earlier. Due to the nature of our estate, late check-ins are unavailable.

The Sunrise at 1770 estate is located approximately 5 minutes drive from the centre of Agnes Water, where many cafes, restaurants and shops are located. For more info on local service providers including restaurants, activities and events, check out www.visitagnes1770.com.au.

Mobile and internet service

Vodaphone has no service in Agnes so please be sure to make contact with us prior to reaching town if you are with this provider. Some of our holiday homes provide internet access, however mobile reception within most homes can be patchy.

Holiday Letting within Sunrise is for individuals, couples and families seeking to appreciate the tranquility of our surrounds, and explore the many natural wonders on our doorstep. Body Corporate bylaws ensure peace for residents and other guests with strict policies on noise, if you wish to enjoy late nights with friends please do not book within Sunrise at 1770 as you may be asked to find alternate accommodation.

Security Pre-Authorisations

A credit-card pre-authorisation of $1,500 is processed on your credit card on or the day before your arrival day. This is to ensure the safe-keeping of the home and estate facilities. This pre-authorisation or "account freeze" is released on inspection after your departure, and should be accessible within 2-3 business days.
