The Building Code for
Sunrise at 1770 is in the form of a Design and Operations Manual,
which applies to all Body Corporate facilities and to all
residential construction.
Guidelines are provided on the following areas
to ensure that the highest level of residential amenity is achieved
for all residents:
- Principles and
objectives for its implementation, administration and
outcomes
- The design of
sustainable smart housing incorporated into community water,
energy and waste strategies
- Location, earthworks,
height and bulk, colours and energy efficiency for individual
dwellings and for the Community facilities
- Regulation of water
supply, water demand management and wastewater
disposal
- Photo-voltaic
electricity and solar hot water generation requirements on a
dwelling by dwelling basis
- Communications and
security provision
- Waste management and
fire protection protocols
- Black sky and noise
policies
- Landscape design and
vegetation and bush fire management practices
To assists owners, theirs architects,
engineers and builders, the developer/body corporate's engineering
consultants BlighTanner have prepared a prototype

Sunrise development will connect to the Body Corporate reticulated
