Sunrise at 1770 Holidays

Stay within an award-winning, 250 hectare beach-front residential estate where nature is both respected and celebrated. Enjoy the peace and privacy of your own holiday home amongst lush bushland, with full access to world-class facilities including two 25m ocean-facing horizon pools, barbecue pavilions, a shaded children's wading pool, playground, volleyball and basketball courts.

Each holiday home is located approximately one minute's drive from the 6 private beach access track parking areas (see map), and about a 30 second drive to the pool areas. All homes located within Sunrise North are a ten minute walk to Springs Beach and 5 minute walk to the Springs Club pools, playground and courts.

Sunrise at 1770 is located in Agnes Water, a five minute drive from the central hub of town, and 10 minutes from the 1770 marina where reef trips depart daily (weather permitting).
