Sunrise at 1770 Housekeeping, Maintenance and Allotment Care

Sunrise Holidays has successfully managed private lots and properties within the Sunrise Estate since 2013, offering comprehensive, quality, on-site property management which is approved by the Sunrise Body Corporate. We offer bushland lot care in line with estate bylaws and Bushfire Attack Level Assessments, and our work on vacant lots is guided by the Sunrise environment manager to ensure best practices for weed control and protection for our local flora and fauna. We can quote for debris removal, brush cutting, chain sawing, weed treatment, planting and irrigation - just email us :)

Does your Sunrise home require a quarterly or bi-annual check-up? Most off-site owners opt for a quarterly brushcut, blow down, gutter clearing, housekeeping and mould prevention (for homes), and weed treatment (if required). Email rebecca@sunriseat1770.com.au now to join the quarterly or biannual maintenance schedule.

Finishing a build and looking for landscaping, irrigation and sand erosion control? We can also arrange this and liaise with the on-site Sunrise botanist to find plants to suit every aspect of your allotment. Our aims are to mitigate erosion and retain views while protecting the ecosystems that make Sunrise so unique.

OUR SERVICES - Housekeeping

Our housekeepers and maintenance staff are second-to-none, swift, thorough and utilising the most divine smelling eco-friendly cleaning products on the market. Our exclusive Arrival Service ensures there is nothing to worry about when your family, friends or guests next come to visit your Sunrise at 1770 home. We can re-stock your pantry with the basics, blow the leaves off your deck and driveway, order linen if required and also provide complimentary chocolates and welcome wine for your friends when they come to stay! We can also help them out if required with key collection.

Handyman & tradesperson liaison

Does your property have a few niggling little issues that need attention? Let us know! Our maintenance staff are more than half handy and can see to anything that is cracked, wobbly, flickering or leaking - and can often save you money! If you require more specialised assistance from an electrician, plumber, gas man, tank specialist, roofer, painter, antenna man, TV/AV/Internet problems, arborist, flooring specialist or glazier.... we have the contacts to assist.
