Homeowners belong to a body corporate that provides a high level of onsite security, on-going maintenance and supervision, and support for each individual owner with their residence.

As a member of the Sunrise body corporate, each owner pays an environmental levy that funds the ongoing environmental conservation of the common lands, the Reedy Creek Nature Conservation Land and the adjoining National Park and Shire reserves.

The Sunrise at 1770 Community Management Statement has been purposely designed to provide a workable document for management and for residents which incorporates:

  • Normal ‘house’ rules and by-laws governing general administrative, commercial and operational requirements
  • The Reedy Creek Conservation Management Plan
  • The Design and Operations Code
  • Building Design Review Process
  • Administrative Fund, Sinking Fund and Environmental Levy rules
  • Guidelines for Facilitation of Progressive Development
  • Rules for the protection of vulnerable areas of the site.
