Homeowners belong to a body corporate that provides a high level of onsite
security, on-going maintenance and supervision, and support for each
individual owner with their residence.
As a member of
the
Sunrise
body corporate,
each owner pays an environmental levy that funds the ongoing
environmental conservation of the common lands, the Reedy Creek Nature Conservation
Land and the adjoining National Park and Shire
reserves.
